Patrick Pedigo, Principal

I'm Patrick Pedigo, Principal and Founder of Airport Cost, Inc. (ACI), which I established in 2025 after more than 20 years as a national aviation cost-management leader—most recently as Vice President of Aviation for RIB U.S. Cost. Throughout my career, I have partnered directly with airport owners, operators, and program management teams to deliver hands-on leadership for complex development programs at major airports across the United States, including DFW, MIA, FLL, LAX, CMH, SAN, JFK, SEA, SLC, BUR, MCO, TPA, RSW, DTW, SMF, and MSY.

My passion for aviation began at a young age, initially with the goal of becoming a pilot. However, due to physical limitations that prevented me from obtaining a pilot’s license, I redirected that passion toward airport estimating—an area where I could still contribute meaningfully to the industry I’ve always been drawn to.

I began my career in the print room at DFW Airport, gaining firsthand exposure to the inner workings of large-scale aviation projects. Through a combination of persistence, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning, I steadily advanced into roles of increasing responsibility.

Over the course of my career, I have led estimating efforts on multi-billion-dollar airport programs and managed large, cross-functional teams, delivering accurate cost insights that support critical infrastructure decisions. My experience spans complex project environments where precision, accountability, and strategic thinking are essential.

I bring a unique perspective shaped by both hands-on experience and leadership at scale, along with a continued passion for helping airports plan and execute projects with confidence, clarity, and financial discipline.
